This phrase wasn't coined by chance. The PRAGER’S & LANDCRAFT Mixology Kit connects our fermentation with the rebellious character of Landcraft’s NØG! geist. The result is a drink that is distinctive, yet still light and balanced.
NØG! is a so-called geist, a spirit based on three distinctive ingredients: organic orange peels, cocoa bean husks, and Kampot pepper from .pepper..field. Each component is extracted and then distilled separately, creating a complex flavor with notes of orange, cocoa, and subtle spice.
Moreover, NØG! is largely made from ingredients that would otherwise end up as waste. Orange peels come from juice production, and cocoa husks are generated during bean roasting. That's why this drink makes sense not only in taste but also in its approach.
PRAGER’S Kombucha Rooibos is based on fermented rooibos from South Africa. Unlike classic teas, it naturally contains no caffeine and has a softer, slightly sweet character without significant bitterness. Thanks to fermentation, it acquires a slight acidity and natural effervescence, but still retains its calmer profile.
It is this subtlety that makes Rooibos an ideal partner for the more pronounced NØG! One brings complexity and structure, the other lightness and balance. Together they create a drink that is full-flavored, yet refreshing. A little funky. Exactly how we like it.
