Our kombucha is made from quality tea leaves and fermentation. The Original is based on green tea from the Chinese tea plant, supplied by LEROS, a company specializing in quality teas and herbs from all over the world. The tea for our kombucha comes directly from China, the cradle of tea culture. It is this quality tea base that gives kombucha its clean taste, delicate bitterness, and refreshing character.

We use our own type of fermentation, which produces less acetic acid than conventional kombuchas. The resulting taste is therefore milder, more balanced, and ideal for everyday consumption.

Fermentation adds a natural sweet and sour note and a slight fizziness, but tea always remains paramount.
