Our Yerba Maté kombucha is made from high-quality tea from LEROS and fermentation, which gives the drink a slight acidity and natural fizziness. The result is a kombucha with a fuller and more intense profile.

We use our own type of fermentation, which results in less acetic acid than regular kombuchas. The taste is therefore more balanced, cleaner, and very drinkable despite its bolder character.
