Soda. But not boring.

Soda. Ale ne nudná.

PRAGER’S Soda came about from a simple question: why does soda have to be just sweet fizzy water?

We wanted a drink that works in everyday life. Not as a dessert. Not as a syrup with sparkling water. But as a light, balanced alternative that you reach for in the morning on your way to work, after a workout, and in the evening with friends.

We based it on coconut water for its natural lightness and subtle sweetness. Light fermentation gives it structure and depth without making it a heavy drink.

The result? A modern, low-sugar soda that relies on real taste, not just flavourings.

Less sugar doesn't mean less flavour

Most sodas operate on a simple principle: sweetness covers everything else. We started the other way around. We treated sugar as an element that must have a clear function, not as the main carrier of flavour.

Lower sugar content allows the real ingredients to shine.

A hydrating drink

PRAGER’S Sodas are innovative, based on fermented coconut water and exotic fruits. The foundation is coconut water. Not because it's trendy, but because it naturally supports hydration.

We didn't want to create a drink that was just a taste experience. We wanted something that makes sense throughout the day. On the way to work. After sports. In the office. Outdoors in the sun. Anywhere you need to replenish fluids.

The light fermentation of coconut water and the use of exotic fruits give the soda structure and character without losing its functionality.

PRAGER’S Soda is meant to be a refreshment that works practically. A drink you can reach for repeatedly. Hydration is not a side effect here. It's one of the reasons why the soda was created.

Why light fermentation?

We chose coconut water and lightly fermented it. Not because it sounds interesting (though it does), but because it forms a good base. It has a delicate natural sweetness, and fermentation also gives it a slight acidity.

This balance is key. We don't have to chase the flavour with sugar or cover it with aromas. Fermentation creates a structure that holds the whole drink together. The taste is fuller as a result, but the soda remains light.

Which one to choose?

We have two flavours: one for lovers of acidity, who will appreciate the combination of yuzu and lime, and a slightly milder, slightly sweeter option of mango and peach.

Soda can be simple. It doesn't have to be boring. Its design, which we created in collaboration with Czech designer Antimultivitamin, also suggests this. But we'll talk about our approach to design and can production next time.
